Artists
Our service is only as good as the artists we can access. We therefore continuously monitor and research contemporary artists and have an unmatched database of talent to call on.
If you would like us to consider your work for inclusion on our database, please do register with us (see right).
How to Register
There is no cost for joining our register of artists. If the work is appropriate, we normally ask artists to bring a selection of work to the gallery from which we choose one or two pieces to be held and displayed on a sale-or-return basis. Clients may either buy the work or rent it.
We also hold digital images of works on our database for clients/architects to view, and for us to include in printed pages when preparing selections of art.
Providing images of your work:
- Send us an email with a link to a website of your work, or
- Email us digital images (max 8MB per email), or
- Post a CD/DVD with images to this address.
Images should be PC compatible JPEGs with a minimum resolution of 200dpi with the longest side a maximum of 15cm. (72dpi website images are not suitable).
Each image filename must contain: Artist name, Work title, Medium, Size (height/width in cm), Date and Location (if specially commissioned), e.g. "Sam Jones 'Green Dog' Oil on canvas 120x160cm 2001 at the Royal Exchange.jpg"
Please include a Word document listing details of all the images and the artist prices (not retail) for cross-referencing (but not as a substitute for naming individual image files) – not including example prices will delay your application. Please also send your CV in PC compatible Word format.
