International Art Consultants were appointed by Northampton Borough Council for a major public art commission to celebrate the life and achievements of Dr Francis Crick, who was awarded the Nobel Prize for the discovery of the structure and code of DNA. The brief was that the sculpture should engage and inspire all age groups of residents.
